Hello, my name is Cesar Mesquita, one of the founders of Black  Garden Tattoo located in Covent Garden, London, after we closed I've moved to Norwich and now I'm working here and I would like to  introduce to you my tattoo portifolio.

With more than 20 years on the trade dedicated to custom and flash works, I do enjoy all type of designs and ideas.

I've been awarded first place in few conventions and I've participated for few years at the one of the most prestigious tattoo convention of all times, "London Tattoo convention".

My main aim is always to deliver a good art work for every individual and make a special and unique experience for everyone,You deserve the best.
